Exciting Promotion!

Congrats to Alex Bill on his promotion to Director of Business Automation.

Over his time with Oaks Inc, Alex has worked in nearly every corner of our business. He started out canvassing, went on to shape how we use our CRM, and later led our sales team. In each of those roles he has learned how our work really gets done and found ways to do it better. That firsthand knowledge is exactly why he’s the right person for this new role.

As Director of Business Automation, Alex will lead our work to streamline processes, cut down on manual tasks, and put tools in place that help every team work smarter. Because he has done many of these jobs himself, he knows where the friction is and how to fix it.

Please join me in congratulating Alex on this well-deserved promotion. We’re excited to see what he builds next. Congratulations, Alex!
