Promotion Announcement: New Direction for Call Center!

Eric's leadership, versatility, and commitment to helping our teams succeed have made a lasting impact across our organization. In his new role, Eric will build on that experience as he leads and develops both our Inside Sales and Contact Center teams as they come together under his leadership.

Eric joined us last January with the goal of building and developing our Inside Sales team and program, and the progress he has made has been truly impressive. He has brought stability, structure, and strong processes to the team while creating opportunities for continued development and growth.

Beyond building a strong Inside Sales organization, Eric has contributed to the growth of every brand across our portfolio. Over the past several months, he has also stepped in to support the development of our Contact Center team, bringing a strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. His knowledge of our CRM system and Talkdesk has been a valuable asset as we continue to improve our processes and operations.

We're excited to see Eric take on this next chapter and look forward to the continued impact he will make as he brings these teams together and helps drive their success.
