Team - We're excited to announce a new employee benefit that reflects our commitment to supporting the communities where we live and work.

Beginning immediately, all eligible employees will receive 8 hours of paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) each year to participate in approved volunteer activities. During your VTO, you'll receive up to 8 hours of pay at your regular rate while making a positive impact with a nonprofit or community organization. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to give back.

To use your VTO:
• Choose an approved volunteer activity with a qualifying nonprofit or community organization.
• Obtain manager approval in advance.
• Follow the VTO request process outlined in our policy (manager/timecard approver must submit this on your behalf).

We believe that investing in our communities is one more way we can make a difference together, and we hope you'll take advantage of this new benefit.

If you have any questions about eligibility, approved activities, or the request process, please reach out.

Thank you for all you do, both at work and in our communities!
