Hunter has consistently embodied our Employee Compass through his reliability, high performance, and willingness to embrace new challenges. He began with Oaks as a Contact Center Agent and was promoted in January to Sales and Management Trainee. Throughout his time with the Contact Center, Hunter has remained a top performer and a consistent leader within the Contact Center Matrix. More recently, he has gone above and beyond to support his teammates on the exterior sales side by assisting with scheduling while continuing to work Contact Center hours.
