Contact Center Agent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Contact Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and assisting customers with their inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to analyze information effectively. This position is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. Our companies comprise of Exterior Home Improvements, Interior Remodeling, Dumpster Rental and Leisure Brands.

• Work Loaction: In person (NY - Rochester)

Work Will Include

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Assist customers in resolving issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Conduct sales calls to potential clients while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions.
• Analyze customer feedback and communicate insights to improve service quality.
