We’re growing fast and looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our high-performing sales and business development team. Whether you’re new to sales or a seasoned account management pro, we’ll provide the tools, training, and support to help you thrive.

  • Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Loaction: On the road (CT - New Hartford / NY - Albany / NY - Buffalo / NY - Rochester / NY - Syracuse / NY - White Plains / PA - Allentown)

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with warm leads.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract close.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer records, and manage communication.
  • Create and present detailed project estimates and contracts.
  • Educate customers on our services and how we compare to competitors.
  • Apply strong relationship management, negotiation, and customer service skills to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Partner with the production team to ensure a smooth project transition.
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience:

Previous experience in sales, inside sales, outside sales, or B2C sales is a plus—but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter who can manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Comfortable using CRM tools
Positive attitude, high energy, and a growth mindset
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for appointments
