Q: Do you offer exterior repairs for roof and siding projects?

Yes! As long as it is in the best interest of your home and safety, we do repair jobs for all parts of your roof and siding. We can color match and product match to your home’s current material when we complete the repair.

Q: Do you use AI for customer service?

No. Our team is 100% human operated, trained on all our services, and staffed by Rochester locals. Every renovation is organized and supervised by experienced people who understand the nuances of your specific project. Our on-call agents are available around the clock to take care of your questions and needs.
