Kitchen & Bath Designer

Kitchens by Oaks is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team!

As a kitchen & bath designer, you will be responsible for designing residential kitchen & bathroom projects and taking a project from initial design phase through completion. A successful person is analytical, well organized and excels in communication.

• Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Loaction: In person (NY - Rochester)

Work Will Include

• Designing residential kitchens & bathrooms in computer aided 20/20 design program.
• Meeting with retail clients, contractors, designers & architects.
• Product material selections including cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and tile.
• On-site project meetings, measuring and layouts.
• Project construction and product estimating.
• Working with project managers and contractors to ensure successful installations.
• Maintain relationship with clients through the duration of a kitchen & bathroom project.

• The ideal candidate will be well versed in all aspects of the kitchen & bath industry.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with strong multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Logistical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
• Must be available 2 Saturdays a month.
• Residential kitchen design and sales experience.
• 20/20 design software experience.
• Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
• Driver’s License (Required).
• Ability to travel in Monroe and surrounding counties.
• Kitchen Design: 1 year.
