Lead Generation Specialist

• Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Loaction: On the road (NY - Albany / NY - Buffalo / NY - Rochester / NY - Syracuse / OH - Cleveland / OH - Columbus / OH - Youngstown / PA - Pittsburgh)

Work Will Include

• Market the Oaks Inc. brands to the neighbors around home installations.
• Utilize your knowledge of the Home Improvement space via canvassing to effectively identify and qualify potential leads.
• Accurately record customer information and market data on tablets.
• Attend daily team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights.
• Communicate with the National Canvassing Director your ideas that can help improve the effectiveness of marketing the brand.
• Work independently while representing Oaks Inc. at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
• Availability from 12:00–7:30 M–Th, 12:00–6:00 on Friday, and 2 Saturdays per month.
• Availability to travel as needed to markets outside of Rochester. (Transportation, accommodations, and meal stipends are provided by the company.)

This position is a 100% commission-based position. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $45,000-$60,000 annually, with potentially higher earning via promotion into other roles within Oaks Inc.
