This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, uncapped earning potential, and clear paths for advancement into Sales, Estimating, and Management roles.

No prior sales experience is required — we’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to grow professionally and develop valuable communication and leadership skills.

  • Work Loaction: On the road (NY - Albany / NY - Buffalo / NY - Rochester / NY - Syracuse / OH - Cleveland / OH - Columbus / OH - Youngstown / PA - Pittsburgh)

Work Will Include

  • Represent the Oaks brand in local neighborhoods and community events
  • Speak with homeowners about roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and exterior home improvement services
  • Generate leads and schedule free home inspections
  • Record customer information using company-provided tablets
  • Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working independently and with the team

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Friday: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Some Saturdays and travel may be required

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with training pay available during onboarding.

Compensation includes:

  • Pay per booked appointment
  • Additional bonuses for completed inspections
  • Unlimited commission potential

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation is a plus
  • Prior customer service, canvassing, or sales experience is helpful but not required
