What You’ll Be Doing

Every day is different!

You’ll:

• Keep roofing projects running smoothly
• Check on crews and make sure work is done right
• Talk with homeowners and keep them updated
• Coordinate materials and schedules
• Learn how to inspect roofs (yes, you’ll be climbing them!)
• Help create an awesome customer experience from start to finish

Construction experience is great—but it’s not required. We’ll teach you what you need to know.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer service, retail, landscaping, warehouse, construction, or other hands-on experience is a plus
