No prior construction experience is required—we provide full training from the ground up in our systems, processes, and industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience in job site coordinationcustomer communication, and team support.

This Project Supervisor position is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to grow their careers in the construction field while contributing to successful project outcomes.

  • Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Loaction: In person (NY - Buffalo / NY - Rochester)

Work Will Include

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors on active job sites
  • Communicate project progress and updates with homeowners
  • Assist with material coordination and delivery scheduling
  • Track job progress using company systems (training provided)
  • Collect customer payments and support overall project completion
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time (45–50 hours per week)
  • Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
  • Typical hours between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Consistent overtime available

Desired Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (customer service, retail, labor, or similar)
  • No construction experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (customer-facing role)
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
