From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, learn how exterior remodeling projects come together, and become the person who keeps everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same!

You’ll:

• Keep siding projects running smoothly from start to finish
• Check in with crews and ensure quality workmanship
• Communicate with homeowners and keep them informed
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and schedules
• Inspect completed work and help maintain our high standards
• Help create an outstanding customer experience every step of the way

Construction experience is a bonus—but it’s not required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer service, retail, landscaping, warehouse, construction, or other hands-on experience is a plus
