Vinyl Siding Installer
Oaks Inc. is seeking an experienced Vinyl Siding Repair Technician to join our Field Operations team. This role is focused on diagnosing, repairing, and restoring vinyl siding and exterior trim on existing homes. If you have strong hands-on experience with vinyl siding repairs, PVC trim, and trim carpentry—and can confidently run a brake and fabricate replacement materials—this is a great opportunity to work independently while delivering high-quality results for residential clients.
You’ll be trusted to assess damage, perform precise repairs, and ensure exterior systems are restored to both functional and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform vinyl siding and exterior trim repairs on residential properties.
- Assess damaged siding, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Remove and replace individual siding panels as needed to match existing materials and finishes.
- Work with PVC trim board to repair or replace exterior trim components.
- Run a brake and fabricate custom trim pieces to match existing profiles.
- Complete detailed trim carpentry to ensure seamless repairs and clean finishes.
- Use power and hand tools safely and effectively for cutting, fastening, and fabrication.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and adapt repair methods as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding scope of work and repairs performed.
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in vinyl siding repair, remodeling, or exterior trim work.
- Strong proficiency with PVC trim board and operating a brake.
- Solid understanding of siding systems, repair techniques, and exterior finishes.
- Ability to match existing siding and trim for cohesive repair results.
- Ability to read and follow repair scopes, work orders, and installation specifications.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be insurable under company policy.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday
- Overtime may be required based on project needs
