Window and Door Installer

We are seeking a skilled Window & Door Installer with experience in both replacement and full-frame (new construction) installations. This role requires strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

  • Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Loaction: On the road (NY - Rochester)

Work Will Include

  • Install windows and doors, including full-frame tear-outs and replacement projects
  • Perform finish carpentry work to ensure a clean, professional final product
  • Take accurate measurements and prepare job sites
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Window & Door Installation : 3 years (preferred)
  • Finish Carpentry: 2-3 years (preferred)
  • Framing: 2-3 years (preferred)

Experience:

  • Door hanging: 3 years (Preferred).
  • Window installation: 3 years (Preferred).
  • Carpentry: 3 years (Preferred).

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License and clean driving record is a must (Required).
